It looks like the real business is ´sneaking´ charges to your card.
They don´t offer refunds. They renew your subscription without any opt-out option and without any notice.
And, of course, they denied refunds.
I got scammed.
So sad.. the service is good enough not to steal money from their customers.

I was looking for a website to handle the branding process and tailor brands was the right one.

The only thing that isn't cool is the divided cost.

In my opinion, it would be better to display one cost for all the services.

Honestly, I didn’t think I was going to like the options given for creating my logo on this site, but I’m glad I played around with the functions. I am very impressed !!

I HAVE NO LEGAL DOCUMENTATION FROM THE STATE OF NEW YORK REGARDING MY BUSINESS REGISTRATION. NOT ONLY THAT NOTHING FROM THE IRS WITH MY EIN. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING. I PAID FOR A FULL SERVICE AND BASICALLY GOT NOTHING.

While trying to form my business my self I got frustrated and needed help filling for my LLC and website.
Having Tailor Brands file for me and all the resources available through this company helped me so much. Their customer service team is great!!! Every time I sent a email and I sent a lot. They responded quickly and resolved any issues and answered my questions.

I used the chat to try and straighten out the issue I was having with my logo and website, it was easy to use and the representative was very helpful.

They renew my yearly subscription without any notification, and when i ask them to cancel and refund (after a few minutes from renewing) they refused it. It's a scam company, and by the way they never sent as an invoice about charges

Excellent service, they helped me set up my business. Quick responses when a question is asked. Great problem solvers.

I wrote a very bad Review and then I decided to delete it even though it was true because I don't need the bad karma. Use at your own risk

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOU WITH NO EXPLANATION. You cannot reach them by phone. They wont even respond by email. I was charged 298 and another charge for 378. Poof gone from my account!! They are scammers and will suck money from your account DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
